To say Kevin was professional, fun, communicative, timely and first rate would be an understatement. I honestly cannot say enough excellence with regard to our experience with Kevin. I was traveling during the 6 weeks of our escrow and he made the process so smooth. Any question I had he answered quickly and with clarity. He made the potential stress as close to stress free as possible. The step that goes above and beyond is driving down to Eugene from Albany for our closing, gifting us a very thoughtful basket (I think his wife had a touch in it), and telling a great story that I will remember for ever (feel free to ask him about his love for jellyfish 😂😂). We just purchased our first home, crossing state lines from CA back to our hometown in OR. We had to do the entire process remotely, but Kevin was very proficient and adept at managing the communications and timeline of our transaction. He recorded helpful videos for us to review so that we could learn all we needed to as first-time home buyers.
