To say Kevin was professional, fun, communicative, timely and first rate would be an understatement. I honestly cannot say enough excellence with regard to our experience with Kevin. I was traveling during the 6 weeks of our escrow and he made the process so smooth. Any question I had he answered quickly and with clarity. He made the potential stress as close to stress free as possible. The step that goes above and beyond is driving down to Eugene from Albany for our closing, gifting us a very thoughtful basket (I think his wife had a touch in it), and telling a great story that I will remember for ever (feel free to ask him about his love for jellyfish 😂😂). If you are fortunate to work with Kevin, I guarantee you will be pleased.
