We chose not to use this company. No one came to the front when we walked in (looking for a realtor to sell our home), and when someone finally did come to the front, he was absolutely not interested in our business. We were going to leave but a young girl came to the front to help us. She even seemed disinterested but we made an appointment to have her come out to our home to evaluate it (as part of our interview process). We ended up cancelling with this company, mostly because this girl seemed stuck up. This company might be good for some people but it was not a match for us based on the attitudes of two of their employees.

I used them based off a referral from family who had used them previously. I was very impressed with them. I found a house I was interested on a holiday weekend and didn’t have a agent yet. A quick call to Brandon and he had me out looking at that house that day. I did not put a offer in on the house due to property line issues and a easement issue I wasn’t happy with. Brandon did his research and gave me the information I needed to make a decision to not send any offers in. I ended up using Kate Gillett who is a agent through their real estate company. She wasn’t very familiar with the area I was looking in due to the fact that it was a rural area but she was very willing to work with me and did a great job getting me in to look at houses that I was interested in and even finding houses that I didn’t know were on the market. As a first time home buyer she pointed out thinks to check for that I hadn’t thought about while looking at a potential home. After a short period of looking at houses we finally found the right one and had a successful closing after several counter offers now it’s been 2 months and I’m super happy with my purchase. 100% plan on using them again in the future they were very helpful and I never felt pressured to raise my budget or buy anything I wasn’t happy with which was impressive to me because of how crazy the housing market has been
