On 1/26/26 SFD responded to my husband's 911 call. I was in respiratory distress due to pneumonia, Influenza A, and severe Sepsis infections. These men SAVED MY LIFE. THANK YOU! Without brave men like you, I would not be here, so very thankful for you and my future 💜

Steve & Cody (Unit M35) came to help me with a low BP last week; transported me to the hospital (disappointed that I didn’t get the lights & siren treatment!!), but the guys were very friendly, helpful , and I would ride their bus again (though I hope I don’t need to!). Good job, guys!! 12/27/24

My son and daughter-in-law took me here for their Mother's Day all you can eat breakfast. It was very good and they actually cooked your eggs to order. A great deal at only $8 a person I'd highly recommended as a fun family outing. The kids were given fire helmets & badges along with tours of the EMT and equipment as well. The EMT's were even kind enough to spend a little time with my service dog in training as he'd never met a person in a uniform before.

The worst ever. They come to the memory care and complained about transporting the resident. CBG was to low so they gave an IV, then the CBG sky rocketed. Wouldn't even read it was so high. Of course they didn't have insulin, complained all the way out the door because they had to transport the resident. SHAMEFUL AND DISGRACEFUL

One year ago today my mother was taken by Keizer FD ambulance to Salem Health. She was very ill with Covid. On the way to the er, she was told they didn't believe in Covid and she probably had a cold. By time she arrived at er, she was very upset. Well, she died in the hospital of Covid. Even if they didn't believe in Covid, they never should have shared their personal opinions and diagnose her. They also did this to me. They made me feel like I was wasting everyone's time. They didn't put a mask on me and they weren't wearing them either. To find out at Salem Health, I was very ill with Covid. They should have kept their opinions to themselves and follow safety protocols.
