Kats Deed Preparation

Kat made it so easy to follow the steps and get this done painlessly! We live far away and inherited property. Kat's service simplified the process and made it happen quickly. She sent clear directions and steps. She charges a very fair price for her services! Thanks Kat!

Kat has done an extremely fantastic job. I am so thankful I was referred to her. Kat is not only efficient, she was able to complete everything so promptly. I Am astonished with her professionalism, kindness, and ability she has shown.. Not easy to find in California.

I contacted Kat's Deed Preparation on behalf of a client in California that needed to transfer title of their Oregon property into their Living Trust. Kat responded within the day, was very clear on the process, and was able to produce the deed in very short order. Kat answered the questions my client had regarding the document and was very pleasant to work with the entire time. I highly recommend Kat's Deed Preparation and will be saving her contact information for my clients' needs in the future.
