Katerra Realty

Terry with Katera Realty is the MAN!! He helped us sell our place in just 6 days 🤯 He is a Fantastic communicator, punctual & always humble, making sure he explained the process the whole way through! And the photographer they use is phenomenal!! We couldn’t have done it without Terry & Kat!!

Terry & Kathleen are an amazing duo that seamlessly helped us sell our home in 6 days in a market averaging 45-60 DOM! I've worked with real estate professionals in 5 different states & Katerra Realty is second to none! Experience, professional relationships, & reputation go a long, long way in the real estate industry, but what sets Terry & Kathleen apart is their keeping integrity paramount. Sorry we had to move out of state, otherwise they'd be our 'forever' brokers!

I really enjoyed my experience, working with Katerra Realty, on the purchase of my home. Upon arriving at what is now my home and before either viewing, Terry said this is going to be your home. The home was only on the MLS as coming soon. There were no pictures. The interactions between Terry and the seller's agent, got me a first look. He just knew from the seller's agent conversation and my desires, this was it. Now that is a good realtor and listener. Thank you Terry and Kathleen!
