Karla Leon, Realtor at The Realty Agency

We were referred to Karla by a friend. It’s the best decision we’ve made! She was extremely helpful since day one. Always willing to answer questions (no matter the time and day) and guide us through the home-buying process, which is very important for first-time home buyers. She even recommended a lender who was more helpful than the lender we had originally had gone to. In this competitive market, we were able to find the perfect home by our third offer! Karla is an outstanding realtor: very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful!

I was referred to Karla when i decide to sell. She was extremely helpful! Always professional, willing to answer questions and responding to each issue that came up. She took the time to assess the property and in no time it was listed and sold. It was a real pleasure working with Karla.

It was a pleasure working with Karla. She made sure everything was executed promptly from both sides of the sale. She took the time to go to the property and make sure everything look good before taking picture as we did not had time to go by due to our hourly schedules. Property sold in a short time after listing it with her. Thank you Karla for all you help!
