A really, really great gym. Love the look, love the atmosphere. I love that I can play my music on their speakers. Great equipment, really nice people, all around - a good time. Give this place a visit!!

My son and I have had a few 1-hr personal training sessions with Garrison. I have been impressed with the custom workouts planned out for each us suited to our individual needs. It’s clear that he not only has a passion for teaching but has a vast knowledge and expertise to back it up, identifying the adjustments needed to target the intended muscles. Garrison is able to explain it in a way for all levels to understand. Very professional environment, friendly members, and a visibly result-oriented gym. I’ve recommended some friends already, who have been thoroughly impressed as well.
