We visited our new home with our friends and we met our new neighbor, Everr Lee Ford! Nice lady who has the distinction of being the very first resident of our new community. The drywall is up and fire-taped, the roof has tiles, and the workers are applying stucco to the outside. Keeping our fingers crossed 🤞 for a January completion!

Nice 55 plus gated community. Nice floor plans except the master suites don’t have bathtubs. Seems strange. They are not even an option.
