Our intention of finding - and purchasing - the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood for us and our girls came to reality because of Julie's insight, expertise, and vast knowledge of the housing market. When I first met her, I knew she was THE ONE for our family. She has a great understanding of different neighborhoods, how houses "work," what types of upgrades need to happen for owners to be happy, and is truthful when she knows a house just isn't the right fit for a family. Also, she is connected to so many brilliant people who can support buyers through every step of the buying/selling process, which creates a lot of trust and confidence. Julie is the best example of what a real estate agent should be. She is very knowledgeable about the local market and the industry in general. . She is very fun to work with. She was always available and was prompt to answer all my questions. Even when we hit a bit of a snag Julie was there to help get us through a stressful situation as quickly as possible. Julie is the kind of realtor you hope you find. You will quickly find how grateful you are to work with her.
