Julie was great to work with. She helped stage our house and had tons of tips and strategies which allowed us to get top dollar (actually thousands over asking) within 2 days of listing. She was quick to respond to questions, she was personable, friendly and fun (which of course isn’t a requirement but when you’re involved in such life-changing ordeal, is nice to have). Julie became a friend who had our best interest in mind. The entire transaction went smooth from beginning to end and any typical issues that did arise were handled promptly and with professionalism. Julie went above and beyond as a Realtor, planting flowers around our house and offering a hand with anything we needed. While we searched for our replacement home in a market with little to choose from, Julie went door to door in our desired neighborhood in search of potential sellers. We could not have asked for more.
