Julianne Rawlins Real Estate Broker

It was a pleasure and wonderful experience working with Julianne. She was very professional and patient, easy to work with, and completely understood all of our needs. She showed us a number of homes that met our requirements, and the result was the purchase of our dream home in Ashland.

Julianne is a top notch agent! She has represented us in buying and selling transactions. She will represent us again, I'm sure! We have confidently recommended her to friends and family.

From the moment I met Julianne I could tell she was bright, knowledgeable, assertive and ever so kind and considerate. She walked me through every step and gave advice about such things as color to paint a door to duplex listed when asked. She was great at explaining details, consequences and worked diligently with the escrow agent and rental manager. She kept everyone informed which eased up my responsibilities. Almost makes me want to list something, if I had anything, just to use Julianne's talents again. You won't be disappointed!
