Jud Owens: Allstate Insurance

Jud Owens and his staff are awesome. I've not had to file a claim but I've reached out several times with questions and they have always responded promptly with a detailed and complete response. It feels good to have an agent like Jud and his staff. Much better than the online 'agent' had with another company.

I love it. Very responsive and proactive. I get called back when you miss my call. Even though i know you dont set the rates, the rates have been fair. Overall great experience. Keep it going.
