I'm very happy to have chosen Josh Kaplan as my real estate agent! As a first time home buyer, I was thankful to work with someone so knowledgeable. During the house hunting and buying process, he helped to educate me about things to look for in a property and pointed out areas that could be of concern. His communication was great and he gave me a heads up if he would be unavailable. I don't have much availability during the weekdays, but Josh was able to work with my limited schedule and still kept me informed of where we were at in the process and made time to meet in-person.
