As a lender working with Josh was a great experience from start to finish. Even with the repairs needed on the property, he stayed proactive and solution-focused throughout the entire process. He did an excellent job keeping our lending team informed, which made a big difference in ensuring a smooth transaction. His communication, professionalism, and teamwork truly stood out. We look forward to working together again in the future!
I'm very happy to have chosen Josh Kaplan as my real estate agent! As a first time home buyer, I was thankful to work with someone so knowledgeable. During the house hunting and buying process, he helped to educate me about things to look for in a property and pointed out areas that could be of concern. His communication was great and he gave me a heads up if he would be unavailable. I don't have much availability during the weekdays, but Josh was able to work with my limited schedule and still kept me informed of where we were at in the process and made time to meet in-person. I can recommend Josh Kaplan to anyone looking to buy a home, or condo, as I did.
Working with Josh was an incredible experience from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, Josh made the entire process feel simple, stress-free, and exciting. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find a home that fits our needs today while also supporting our future goals. Thanks to Josh's guidance, we were able to purchase our home on our first offer. He navigated the negotiation process flawlessly and made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. His communication was great, his knowledge of the area was amazing, and his commitment to helping us find the right home truly exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Thank you, Josh, for helping us find our perfect home!
Buying our first home was a big deal, and we’re so glad we had Josh Kaplan guiding us through the process. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the Portland metro market, neighborhood specifics, home construction and was always patient with every question we had. We never felt rushed or pressured, and he took the time to make sure we understood every step along the way. What I appreciated most was how he made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. He kept things light when they needed to be, celebrated the exciting moments with us, and always made us feel like he had our best interests in mind from first showings all the way through our closing. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Portland metro area. He’s not only a great realtor but someone you can trust to help you make one of the biggest decisions of your life.
I first met Josh about 5–6 years ago at an open house he was hosting, and we stayed in contact over the years even after my move to Florida and turning the property into a rental. From the very beginning, Josh was friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to work with. When it came time to sell, he helped me move quickly, communicated clearly and often, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he helped me achieve all of my goals for the sale. I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and professional realtor.
