Johnson Bed Bug Treatment

Austin was so wonderful and helpful. During a high stress time he was very empathetic and patient with me and my family. He was always there to answer all my many questions. He responded quickly while we were getting the house prepped for treatment which helped us move along without having to wait to see what we needed to do next. On the day of treatment he showed up on time and gave us updates through out the treatment. He let us know about anything that he had to move or remove from the house and was courteous to move things back that he was able to. I felt completely comfortable leaving him in the house alone and that my belongings would be safe as well. He was flexible with our schedule which can be hectic with 3 school aged kids all in sports. Even after the treatment he continued to promptly return any questions I had. With everything else that was going on during this time it was just really nice to have Austin "hold our hand" and ease some of the stress of this unexpected expense. I would recommend him over and over again. A big THANK YOU Austin!

We had a friend expose us to bed bugs. We didn't have an infestation, but we also didnt want to wait to find out either. I called these guys, and Brice got us on the schedule for the very next day. He was patient, and answered all our questions. Helped clarify what needed to be done to prep for the heat treatment. Logan was assigned to help us. He was awesome! He just jumped right to work, and he did a walk through with me to make sure we had everything ready to go. He made sure to get each room to the right temperature. Answered all our (well mine 🤣) questions. He even came to the rescue when my cat ran back into the house. The cats were kind of a pain, but logan was very professional and helped keep them out of house.. Thank you guys so much for getting us taken care of so quickly. I hope that I don't ever need the services again, but I definitely recommend to anyone who does. Thanks bunches guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
