I needed plans drawn for my home’s porch extension and he was very knowledgeable in telling me the building requirements and did a great job with the design plans. I’d recommend his service to anyone in need of building plans.

Juan completed our home remodel/addition plans in a timely manner and at a great price. He gave us an overview of what to expect in the process and gave us a list of some contractors he recommended. He coordinated with our chosen contractor as described and we are happy with his services.
