Wow, Jimmy is so knowledgeable and explained what our issue was very clearly. He gave us several options with reasonable rates. He also made us feel comfortable that we had time to address our issue and encouraged us to get additional bids if we wanted. We did, and he was the most knowledgeable and honest by far of any of the 3 other companies we had bids from. Our project was completed on time and under budget. A++
