Robert, Luke, & Dusty were all awesome and friendly. The whole crew was super helpful. Service was super quick, I was able to get my new battery installed during my lunch break!

Max was so kind! He went above and beyond. I don’t live in west Salem but this jiffy lube specifically was recommended to me and I can see why. What a wonderful place! They made sure I was super comfy, no pressure, and beyond helpful and they want you to save money. I’m blown away. Incredible place and 10 star employees!!! 😊😊 Robert really went over everything with me and assured me he is there to help and it was such a relief. He was so genuinely nice. Not trying to make a sale or anything. They really care. I have not experienced such high quality service anywhere else. Seriously. They are INCREDIBLE!
This is a great location with knowledgeable guys. Just came in this morning to assess a problem with my truck and the two fellas I spoke with were both absolute pros. They don't try to upsell you and they shoot ya straight. Would definitely recommend this location as well as the one in South Salem on Commercial.
