Robert, Luke, & Dusty were all awesome and friendly. The whole crew was super helpful. Service was super quick, I was able to get my new battery installed during my lunch break!

Max was so kind! He went above and beyond. I don’t live in west Salem but this jiffy lube specifically was recommended to me and I can see why. What a wonderful place! They made sure I was super comfy, no pressure, and beyond helpful and they want you to save money. I’m blown away. Incredible place and 10 star employees!!! 😊😊 Robert really went over everything with me and assured me he is there to help and it was such a relief. He was so genuinely nice. Not trying to make a sale or anything. They really care. I have not experienced such high quality service anywhere else. Seriously. They are INCREDIBLE!
