You have absolutely gotta' sign up for a free birthday sub sandwich. It's totally free, and once you are able to get the coupon on your birthday it is good for the next 364 days. Use it whenever it's convenient, and they don't even force you to show ID, they are so kind understanding and show such a demeanor of customer service it was really a welcome touch to add to the birthday sub for both me and my wife got tonight... My birthday's sub 4 days after my birthday her birthday sub 50 days after her birthday, and they don't care. They just want you to enjoy your sandwich. That's good customer service!

Best customer service, great quality food. The crew they have always goes above and beyond expectations, and are amazing people to talk to while they work on your sandwich. Wish I could give them more stars!
