Jeff Seman, Real Estate Agent, Ironwood Fine Properties

Jeff has been amazing to work with and has truly made the process of purchasing a home a pleasure. He has been openly available to answer questions and we felt he always kept our best interest at the forefront. Thank you Jeff we wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else!

Jeff Seman was excellent to work with! He made the house selling process easy, not stressful, and gave great tips for getting the house ready to sell. With Jeff's experience and expertise for different price points of the home throughout the listing process, we were able to attract quite a few potential buyers and had several offers. Jeff kept us updated with the offers and showings, letting us know the feedback from other agents. The selling process was so simple on our part, thanks to Jeff! We are so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Jeff for your real estate needs!

Jeff is a consummate professional who listens, understands and is fully committed to all of his clients needs. This most recent transaction we participated in which is our third together was 60 miles from his home base and 1000 miles from where I am located in Colorado yet the entire process was easy and painless for both me and the sellers. I really appreciate Jeff's care, interest and knowledge he brings to the entire process as well as his friendly personality. Thanks for everything Jeff!
