Jeff Richardson, Oklahoma Real Estate Options

Jeff is seriously one of the most upstanding guys I've ever known. He has helped guide me to everything I've needed to get my home repaired and sold for an even higher price than I could have ever imagined. He will always go above and beyond to help with any project he is assisting you on. Jeff is the hands down the best realtor and contractor around and that is no contest. If you need something in regards to real estate, you have found the best realtor there is in Oklahoma.

Jeff has helped my husband buy multiple homes before we married 12 years ago. Since 2012, he’s helped us sell two homes and buy two homes for our family. He is honest, flexible with scheduling time with us, patient with our children when they tagged along, and we have had nothing but positive experiences with him. We had a super messy house buying experience (At absolutely no fault of Jeff) which landed us not closing on our home of original choice 2021/2022 and he worked diligently to see us into a new home we found shortly later. Jeff knew we wanted a new home so badly especially since we closed on our previous home and were staying with family. However, he questioned our motive with each house we found to ensure we weren’t just jumping into something because of our situation. Genuinely an amazing human! As long as he’s around, he’ll be our guy! Thanks Jeff!

I worked with Jeff Richardson with Oklahoma Real Estate Options– an excellent agent. He listed my place in June and we were in contract in 2 months, at asking price. And helped my wife and I find are beautiful home for my family. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
