JBC WOOD FLOORS

We loved working with JBC Flooring! Jim’s communication skills were the first thing we noticed. He always let us know what was going on. Their work was outstanding! They came when they said they would and finished even earlier than expected. After the job was done the clean up was impeccable. It was a pleasure from start to finish working with JBC flooring and we highly recommend them! Deborah Hall and Clay Graybeal

Our neighbors recommended JBC Wood Floors for refinishing our living room hardwood floors. We reached out to Jim Bouthillette, owner of JBC Floors, and he responded within a day. From there we discussed details, and again in a timely manner, Jim gave us a very reasonable quote. Jim took great care to place plastic to ensure as much sanding residue as possible was contained to the room being worked on. The start and finish dates were as promised. The best part…the work is beautiful!! Our floors look fabulous. It was a pleasure to work with Jim since he is professional and attends to all the business details. We highly recommend his services. Jim and crew completed a challenging vinyl and engineered wood floor installation on time and within budget. Jim was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning of the project thru project completion, always returning phone calls and texts and adjusting project schedule as necessary. One particular issue with the project involve the required inspection of each piece of engineered flooring for product deficiencies prior to installation which Jim and crew completed, removing all pieces as required. Attention to detail and quality was first and foremost. I would recommend JBC Wood Floors for any homeowner who is concerned with a fair price and quality workmanship.
