We were hesitant to go with a property management team.. we had seen some properties mismanaged in the past by management companies. Not so with Jars of Clay Property Management. They have managed our properties for 5 years. The things we are impressed /pleased with are… They do drivebys of our properties once a month.. do annual walk through.. do 6 week walk through on new renters. They are top notch!!

Efficient, polite and easy communication from the first day and with any issues that arise. I appreciate the care, effort and attention to detail in maintaining the property I personally rent which I’m assuming is a standard throughout.
