Moved to town in August. Tried to make a half dozen appointments with different property management and landlords. Jars of Clay was the only one to not ghost or cancel on me. Paying rent is convenient and they were extremely responsive to issues (one issue, closet door) that needed attention. 11/10 would recommend!
It's nice to have a management company that seems to really care. As soon as they took over our building they made it look better and the communication overall is so much better. Jars of Clay is a five star property management company. They take care of their homes, and the renters. They are attentive, kind, and responsive.
Efficient, polite and easy communication from the first day and with any issues that arise. I appreciate the care, effort and attention to detail in maintaining the property I personally rent which I’m assuming is a standard throughout. I am not surprised someone would choose to trust this company with their home.
Great customer service
