The care was sweet, professional, kind, caring, sweet. Dr. Ballard is huggable and adorable! Feel safe and secure in his diagnosis. He did my husband's knee and two hips. Best doctor ever! And his surgi-center is amazing!!!! The staff at both places makes you feel like you had mom tending to you with chicken soup and hot chocolate!
