The whole remodel took less than two days. Jonathan and his crew were respectful of us and our house and they did a wonderful job! He kept us informed during the process and afterwards gave us a review along with the do’s and don’t of the care of our new shower. The shower looks great and we are very pleased!
We recently completed two bathroom remodels with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel through Costco, and we are very happy with the finished bathrooms. A major part of our positive experience was our installers, Jordan and Peter. Their craftsmanship was excellent! They communicated with us throughout the installation, asked for our preferences on every detail, and thoroughly cleaned the work areas at the end of each day. They worked incredibly hard, were personable and respectful in our home, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. I especially want to thank Chloe, the Senior Production Manager, for her fantastic handling of our project during challenging times. She listened attentively to our concerns, took full responsibility for scheduling and details, and consistently followed through with great care. Anthony, their plumbing manager, was a big help in fixing a water-flow issue in our first bathroom and ensured that the second bathroom was completed properly. They made a difference, and we're grateful for their support. I believe Jacuzzi can enhance communication and project coordination between the office and customers. After our first bathroom was finished, we found it challenging to get updates on scheduling the second bathroom and resolving outstanding items, and some promised follow-ups didn't happen. However, Jacuzzi truly listened to my feedback, stood firmly behind their warranty, addressed the issues, and made things right. Thanks to Jordan and Peter's craftsmanship and Chloe and Anthony's attentive care of our project, we are happy to give them a five-star rating.
Daniel, our installer did a fabulous job on both a master bedroom shower installation and a hallway shower/bath installation. Both Jacuzzi products and once finished my wife and I were blown away by how much we felt it upgraded our abode!! Jacuzzi products have no equal and with the expert hands of Daniel Rauf he brought ours dream of a superior enhancement to our home. Daniel and Ralph (his assistant) focused on doing a perfect job and that is exactly what they pulled off! Couldn't have asked for a finer result!!!!
I want to thank everyone at Jacuzzi from start to finish Kris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and gave us suggestions and different options. We were kept informed of the process on how things were going. Armando and Vasyl were very professional punctual and kept everything neat and tidy. After the installation was complete they reviewed everything with us and told us the cleaning and upkeep of the shower. They cleaned up after themselves and left room cleaner then before they began. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the outcome. Jonathan and Jesus worked hard to provide a high-quality product and at the same time showed care to keep our house clean.
