This company in my humble opinion is the best of the best when it comes to Waterwall service. I had my water, well winterized, and a bulb on it. The bulb wasnt strong enough froze early this morning. I have PEC plumbing on my house . They was able to isolate the frozen section, then cut To defrost the water at the other section. These guys went far and beyond the call of duty! Windchill factor when they showed up was -4. I have used them before and will Continue using them going forward. I want to give this company a huge, thank you for me and my family! Anybody that needs water service would be wise to give them a call! Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable! It takes special people to do this.

JR’s Water Well has provided our RV and MHP parks with service for over 43 years now, and I’ve got to say that we have had the best experience with them! They come quickly, find the problem, and get it resolved. Twice recently they’ve been out, once being a holiday, without any hesitation. It’s so nice to have them to rely on and give us peace of mind!

Now that things have been drilled I am content. The people are kind. The drilling was quick and easy. It didn't turn out like I wanted, but I plan on using them again. They have really great prices and I think the best thing is that the drilling is cut in half on a dry well which is great because I'm sure it happens often. Makes testing for wells less burdensome financially. They do charge for a minimum of 100 feet so something to be aware of. You'll always be charged for at least 100 feet even if you find water below that or don't find water and want to stop. --- Maybe I entered at a bad time. Currently going on three weeks before drilling I called a couple of times in the last week to confirm and each time being told that my drilling will happen today (Friday) or Saturday. Was called just recently and now it’s moved to Monday. Thankfully I’m not in a rush. The root of my frustration is that they took our several thousands of dollars deposit and have been holding it this entire time. For near three weeks with only a stake on a blue flag to show for it. Now I did slow things down by having them come back and out and change the drill location which in itself took half a week for some reason and also multiple calls. I wish I could remember their original timeline they told me before I put the deposit. I feel like it was two to three weeks but I can’t recall. Timeline March 14th - deposit March 17th - well spotted March 18th - my request to change spot 60 feet south March 21st - after a couple of follow up calls throughout the week, they respot the flag March 26th - informed they would drill next Friday or Saturday March 30th - April 3rd: I call every other day to confirm times of April 4th or 5th. April 4th - i am informed Friday is no good and they are short handed for the weekend so it will have to be Monday. Time will tell if they stick to it. Overall, I’m disappointed by the 1) the lack of communication 2) the lack of urgency 3) the holding of a large amount of money. #2 is affected by #3. I think it would be a better experience to have a smaller deposit and then the full deposit amount the a couple of days before the assigned drilling date. If it was something like that, I wouldn’t care so much about it. But I’m not in a rush. If you are, maybe consider someone else. Maybe it’s just a bad time for this company. Maybe this is normal. Not sure. Everyone I’ve talked to at the company has been kind. It’s just the lack of urgency while holding a large amount of money that bothers me the most. The second most is how I feel like I have to chase people down to get things done.
