My bathroom most def needed attention. When I called J D Mac Dougall, john promptly returned my call and proceeded to answer all my questions regarding the remodel and set up a time to come out and take a look at the bathroom. His time lines were realistic which I respected. When his formen came to the house to do the work all went exceptionally well. They all kept to themselves and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Our bathroom wasn't a complete remodel it was mainly remodeling of the wall surrounding our tub. Took them three days. The reason they did not get four stars from me was for two things. 1) our light fixture in the bathroom has three lights. One of the guys mentioned to me that he accidentally banged something and shattered one of the bulbs. They never replaced it. And 2) they offered to paint our walls because they were hideous. And they left the paint roller on top of the tree stump we have in our back yard. These weren't done maliciously of course. The paint roller could have easily been forgotten. The light bulb on the other hand I feel that ethically it should have been replaced. You are getting paid to do a job. And in you doing your job you broke something that was working fine. The least you could do it replace it. On a better note however the bathroom looks amazing!!!!!
