Ironwood Fine Properties

Jeff is a very knowledgeable professional who has great resources in the area to support any house sale or purchase. He understand the market well and is responsive in timely manner to all of his clients needs. Thanks Jeff for your help in the purchase and sale of my home in the Anthem CC area.

I was referred to Jeff Seman and Ironwood Properties by a friend. I was living out of state and wanted to move to the Anthem area. Jeff did lots of leg work for me and was always very prepared when we would come to view homes. He has a terrific knowledge of the Phoenix/ Scottsdale residential market and has a grounded approach to home prices. He was terrific in helping us navigate thru the choices we had and he helped us secure our dream home for a better price than we expected. Jeff then spent the time to introduce us to everyone he knew at the club. He could have stopped once the house closed but he didn’t. We now have so many friends because of Jeff. He is the only person I would call, and I refer all my friends and family to him.

Jeff is a great resource whether you are looking for a seasonal or year round home. As a resident of Anthem, he provides first hand knowledge of North Phoenix and Scottsdale, and can find you the perfect fit for your next home!
