I’ve joined several gyms/studios during my health journey and IPA truly is a community and family. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was young; experienced trauma related to my weight and appearance, so going to the gym was scary. On day 1, I was welcomed by the community and 7 months later, I’m loving it. Coach Aron is thoughtful, empowering and fosters an environment that allows me to thrive.

100% recommend to anyone at any stage in their fitness goals. Our family has been coming here since 2014. I never liked the gym environment, but my wife wanted to give it a try. We were hooked the first week. Aron has been with us since the beginning and is the kind of person you meet that has truly found their place. We have enjoyed the struggle, the rewards, and community. I am positive anyone who walks in and gives it a try will start to understand very quickly what I mean.

Being at IPA has been a game changer. When I first came, it was a lot of resetting, healing from past stuff blocking me up, I just lifted and showed up. Aron is unlike any other trainer because he truly understand the mental health piece to strength. He’s been through so many of life’s ups and downs with me. He knows when to push, and knew when it was time to push me to join the group classes. A year later, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, I’m more motivated than I've ever been, and training is one of the highlights of every day. When you’re someone who feels unworthy of working out, this is the place to be. Everything can be scaled, a true display of equity. The only goal is to keep moving and keep showing up. The community is amazing, coaches are welcoming, skilled and invested in you, and at the end of the day, if you invest in it, you’ll reap so many benefits even beyond strength and conditioning. Come as you are to IPA, but be ready not to stay there, get ready to grow!
