Iron Fit Gym & Wellness Center - Mt. Juliet

Great gym if you're serious about weightlifting! The equipment here is top level and there is everything you need to get a killer workout. The gym is open 24/7 for members with access from your phone. Super clean and high end. I look forward to going every time. The owner is often in the gym and listens to his members about any improvements or equipment that could be added. I thought about not posting just to keep this gem hidden, but it's too good not to share.

I googled the best places near Nashville to work out and this was one of the ones listed. The staff is very friendly, and there was a good amount of quality equipment. The people were friendly that were working out making it an overall enjoyable experience. Out of all the gyms I’ve visited while traveling, this one is my favorite.

Best gym in the Nashville area. Great equipment, sauna and people. The fact it’s open 24/7 for members is a huge plus for me. Highly recommend!
