I really enjoyed my first time at iron and ice I went in for a light recovery day. I got leg compression therapy and did 20 min in the infrared sauna and 5 min in the ice tub. I loved how much space was in the ice bath I was able to completely submerge my body comfortably which is hard to find. The owners are cool people and explained all the benefits of the different therapies it was over all a great experience I will definitely be back!

Incredible service. You’ll absolutely love this place and the incredibly kind people running both this service and the gym around it. Give them a visit, you won’t regret it!
