iRepair Maine Buy/Sell/Repair

I’ve visited twice for computer issues and both times I’ve received top notch professional service. Doesn’t oversell what you don’t need, and in my case was able to fix my issues without any new parts or lengthy repairs (I attribute the issues to my own user error!). Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest breakdown of an electronic issue, or recommendations for a new purchase/upgrade of an existing system.

100% my new repair place, these guys blow Geek Squad out of the water. Great customer service by the front end guy (I can't recall his name, sorry!) and the tech definitely knew his stuff. The only suggestion I can make is to include the price of procedures in your explanations, "we can do a cleaning for X and see if that helps" Solid, trustworthy shop!

Even though the parts were pricy, I feel like this shop went above and beyond to fix my phone. I didn't get the man's name, but he was very friendly and casual, even going so far as staying 2 minutes past closing time to make sure I received the best service.
