After a very horrible experience at this branch back in May of 2023..I'm so glad that Logan was able to erase the past.What a wonderful,professional banker!!!Thank you so much for being so pleasant.Jennifer,the new branch manager was also amazing and so welcoming..Thank you both.

I just experienced the best customer service ! Samantha was great! She is actually filling in for someone at one of thr other branches, but how sweet she was, I had to do a review for her for her home branch. This girl is great. Now a days, folks don't have the time or care to sit with you and explain nothing. She took her time with me, helped me, very personable and such a very sweet spirit. Whoever is hr manager, keep her on the team and move her up !

After a HORRIBLE experience I recently had with a Credit Union in Oklahoma, I was quite gun-shy about working with any Credit Union on anything. However, our financial advisor encouraged me to seek out a Credit Union to replace a loan I took out on a newer vehicle in order to get a better interest rate. In Touch Credit Union is literally around the corner from us so I called. The rate was almost a full point lower than what I had and everyone from the initial call to the loan closing was fantastic to work with. I want to commend Amir, Paige and Sarah for their friendly, professional demeanor in working with me. Barry
