5 star service. From the first call to schedule an appointment to the follow up call I received after my air conditioning service. I even got a lovely card in the mail from Integrity, which is very nice touch. Vipul was great and spent time diagnosing the issue and proposing all solutions and did not push for the most expensive one. He was honest and up front. On the day of each appointment a text with which tech was coming and a little bio about them was helpful in knowing who was coming to do the service as well as picture of the tech. Yandy and Vipul spent over 8 hours fixing our ac issue and did not rush. I highly recommend and the best part is they are local in Winter Haven! 5 stars all around.

We had a great experience with getting our AC repaired.Vipul Patel was exceptional. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked the issue that we had, and explained in detail of what and how he would repair. The communication from setting the appointment to the arrival of the worker was also exceptional. Including after everything was done, they called to make sure we were satisfied and things were working correctly. I cannot thank you enough. Again Vipul was exception.
