Integrity is such an amazing place to learn and grow! I’ve been exclusively going to their women’s kickboxing class for the 2023 summer. My family does the core classes and I wanted to join to go with my mom to the kickboxing class which is open to all levels of martial arts. Ms. Deb is the instructor for the kickboxing class and she is the BEST! So encouraging and helps out on any level you’re at. Plus the class is full of the most AMAZING women from all ages, shapes, and skill levels! It’s been such a great community to get to know this summer before I go back to college out of state. Every class at Integrity is focused on self defense and knowing how to defend yourself in any situation is so empowering. 10/10 experience and would recommended it to any woman! (the class is 14+, but most are adult women)
