Integrity Martial Arts

Integrity is such an amazing place to learn and grow! I’ve been exclusively going to their women’s kickboxing class for the 2023 summer. My family does the core classes and I wanted to join to go with my mom to the kickboxing class which is open to all levels of martial arts. Ms. Deb is the instructor for the kickboxing class and she is the BEST! So encouraging and helps out on any level you’re at. Plus the class is full of the most AMAZING women from all ages, shapes, and skill levels! It’s been such a great community to get to know this summer before I go back to college out of state. Every class at Integrity is focused on self defense and knowing how to defend yourself in any situation is so empowering. 10/10 experience and would recommended it to any woman! (the class is 14+, but most are adult women)

My sons love learning at Integrity. They haven't been going too long but we are already seeing improvements in their attitudes. All the teachers are wonderful, kind and helpful. We are able to bridge their mission statement and beliefs to our home life and apply the very character and life skills they incorporate into their classes. We are so grateful to be a part of the Integrity Family.

I'm so thankful to the staff at integrity martial arts! My son has been going for almost a year and he loves it so much. He loves all of his instructors and feels so comfortable there. I've seen a change in him that we both are enjoying. I also attend the women's kickboxing class and love how inclusive and understanding the staff are. They understand my concerns and needs to modify things due to limitations, my PTSD, or just general confusion sometimes. I highly recommend them for the whole family and will gladly follow them if they ever move locations.
