We have been patients at Integris and have been very happy with Dr Robertson, his nurse, and everyone we have seen in the lab. I saw the Pa this time and she was great. In this 20 years I have never missed an appointment until this time. I accidently misunderstood the day I was told for the appointment and came one day later. I did not cancel or call to cancel because I did not know of this mistake until I arrived. The letter I received from your office truly bothered me. I wanted you to know this was not a careless act on my part. I truly value the time the medical staff takes to see my husband and me.
