Inspection Wizards LLC

The housing market today is completely different from that of just a couple of years ago. Along with the high rise in prices, so does the prospect of dealing with the unskilled and unscrupulous that a buyer needs to complete any deal. But, because of Inspection Wizards we successfully got a deal through due to the high quality and detailed information gathered by this company. Also, the level of personal attention is at a level that I haven't experienced in many years. For example, on the eve of our closing, a repair (pointed out by inspector Mohamed) required confirmation and certification from the underwriter; otherwise, no closing! Without hesitation, Mohamed at the end of his long day still honored our request to complete both the verification and the speedy processing of the certification. Finally, thanks to that visit we now have a place to call home and build the countless memories every family should have. Thank you, once more, to the entire Inspection Wizards team!

We had a great experience w/ Inspection Wizards. They were so thorough with the inspection that they did for the house we're selling (thank goodness the buyers of our home hired Inspection Wizards or we might not have found them) that I immediately thought to hire them for the house we're buying. They did a great job on the inspection (again very thorough) in an easy to read format and were on-time and provided the inspection via email in a timely manner (same day actually). Really amazing company. Thanks Bill!

Bill Hamilton was amazing. I emailed him on a Sunday he responded same day immediately. Called me and set up an appointment for the very next day. The home inspection was beyond thorough! I am very impressed and will recommend him to all my friends for their home inspection. My real estate agent and my lender were very impressed as well and will be using him too.
