Inspection Dr. Home Inspections

Alex was AWESOME! From our first phone call, he completely put me at ease as we are first time home buyers. He did an amazing and seriously thorough inspection of our new home and had explained, in detail, how very important each thing he found was for us to understand. He answered every question and was even helpful giving his professional opinion on how to proceed with each itemized category. The price was completely reasonable, and the turnaround was amazingly fast! I am so thankful and grateful we had found him and will certainly be using him in the future with any purchase and would recommend him to anyone who is buying a house and wants a professional and extremely detail oriented person! Thank you again, Alex. You are awesome!

What a great inspection company! Alex the home inspector was a great guy personally, very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable with everything throughout the house. He took his time and thoroughly inspected our home. We did a walkthrough and he gave us lots of tips on how to maintain and keep the house in good condition. Would definitely recommend him for anyone buying their first home. Also, his prices were very reasonable compared to the quality of work he put in.

Alex is very professional and very reliable home inspector. I have dealt with him in the past and for a returned and loyal customer, he also gives excellent service and rates. He is very honest, very ethical person. He sticks to his word i.e. if he has mentioned anything related to price or his service, he sticks to that which is very nice. I rehired him but my house purchase did not work out and without hesitation, he refund my money back and his reports are very easy to understand and on the top of that, if you call and ask questions, he is always there to respond. I strongly recommend people to hire him and plus, when I am ready to purchase a home, I for sure will hire him again, hopefully he will remember me. Good job Alex and keep up the good work in the Atlanta community.
