First visit w Dr Gou. She was great. Very caring and assuring. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and she communicates as such. She engages in conversation the whole time to keep your mind off what she’s doing, and she’s very upbeat. All of the staff from receptionist to medical assistant were very friendly and efficient in their jobs.
