I was very impressed with this business. They were quick to help me print some items I needed for a baby shower. They communicated well via email. The order was ready in a timely matter and they had GREAT customer service. Jim and Heather are some of the nicest people. Very knowledgeable and tried to accommodate my special requests. They were very prompt in the turn around time and had me a proof within 24 hours. Didn't even charge me for adding the art work. If you have a PHD in design and art work maybe you can save $25 by going online, but I've had nothing but bad experiences and like the old saying you get what you pay for. The local guy is always going to stand behind their work and the person online could care less if they're even from this country. They sure have earned my business.
