5 Star Review By Jennifer Tehani Sarreal
Was visiting a friend and saw the comedy sign on my way home. I had no idea there was live comedy in Salem so I decided to swing by. What a gem of a venue - it’s small, intimate and a really nice space. There must be 100 seats or less in there and the sound quality was surprisingly great. I’m from LA and lived in San Diego a long time before moving up here, so I’m used to the comedy store and usually wary about venues up here but this was great. Definitely worth the stop. My only hang up is the food. I’m not grouchy that it’s plant based (I figured that out when I got there) but… Why no dessert? Would have been fabulous to have dessert options especially since they have events “after dinner,” you know? Anyway - all in all, great space. And thanks for putting the sign out - otherwise I’d never know there was comedy in Salem. I live far now, but will to drop by next time I’m in town. Great little venue
