Nick is amazing. It was super stressful to come home to a flooded basement after vacation. He was calm, knew exactly who to call, contacted the Insurance/ carpet/ repair/ company for me. His team started on my basement within 24 hours of the flood and that was really important to me because I have two small children and I was worried about inhaling sewage fumes. I never had to lift a finger and I love my new basement. This is who you want to take care of you when something bad happens to your home.

We had a great experience with Nick and his team. When our three year old flooded the bathroom down to the kitchen, I didn’t know what to do. Luckily, Nick does! They were quick, efficient, really know their stuff, and kept everything as clean as possible. hopefully we will never have to use them again, but if we do, I know I will be confident in their services.

I was recommended to Nick from a plumber who saw the state of my kitchen and immediately knew I needed help. From the very beginning, Nick was very understanding and answered every question I had. My timelines were moved all over the place due to unforeseen circumstances but, Nick stayed in communication with me throughout every update. The team that IRS has is beyond professional and went above and beyond with the mold problem that we had. It was a shock to all of us and they handled and took very good care of us. Nick even asked his crew to come back out one additional day to rip the insulation out from our crawl space because it was riddled with mold as well. Without hesitation , I would recommend IRS to anyone who is struggling with what to do and where to start. I was definitely lost at the beginning but, with all the help and networking Nick provided me, I’m excited to finally have my kitchen back in order.
