Import Master Auto service

This auto shop is fantastic. The owner Eric is very professional and knowledgeable. His customer service skills are great. The shop did a fantastic job on our car replacing both front door lock actuators. They completed our service in a short period of time at a very reasonable price. Thanks again to Eric and the shop for such a great service.

Eric is the owner of Import masters and my experience was first class, I highly recommend his service. If your like me: Every time I leave an auto shop, especially the dealer, I feel like I was overcharged and screwed with. You won’t have that feeling here, just honest professionals that do great work. If you live in Dixon support this business!

This place is awesome. Eric was great in explaining what the problem was with my van. Got it in right away and got it repaired. He went above and beyond with customer service. The cost of the repair was reasonable and replaced my worn wiper blades at no charge. I highly recommend Import Masters for your car repairs.
