Holly is an amazing consultant and coach! Regardless of where you are in your career, anyone would benefit from meeting with Holly. I have been working with Holly at Ignite Consulting for about two years now. Through her reflective questions I have been able to develop a new capacity for self reflection. As a result I have moved with intentionality through numerous work transitions as well as my day to day work. Our sessions together is always fruitful.
