We needed a lot of work done in our yard and Ideal Landscaping made it easy. From our consultation with Joel to Mason and his crew coming out to doing the work every part was easy. They did a great job of explaining what they were doing and communicating with us throughout the process. They brought our yard back to life and uncovered some hidden things we didn’t know were there. Would definitely recommend and use Ideal again.

Crew showed up at 8am to remove existing plant bed and replace with new sod. Job completed in one day with lead man Mason going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

Amazing company! Excellent professionalism and attention to detail from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the project and the final result was even better than we could have hoped! Matt was excellent in working with us to be sure we were all on the same page and that all our questions were answered. Daniel did a wonderful job overseeing the project and keeping us up to date on the progress. Hugo, Uriel, and Fidel all worked tirelessly to see the project to completion. They showed up every day and worked diligently. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. We are so thankful for the incredible job Ideal Landscaping & Irrigation executed at our home!

We had our irrigation system evaluated and a valve diaphragm replaced today. Jordan, our service tech, was AMAZING!! He did a fantastic job with the evaluation and valve repair. He was personable and VERY well mannered. He is a tremendous asset to this company. We will definitely call this company again for any irrigation issues in the future and specifically request Jordan. Thanks again for a job WELL done.

Since Ideal took over the contract to upkeep our community they have been nothing but terrible. They blow a lot of smoke and use a lot of mirrors when questioned about their short comings in the community. They have more excuses than they do employees to get the job done. We have 82 homes in our community and Ideal has dropped the ball in the entire community. 82 homes and they send out two individuals to maintain it. Then when they do come out, they don’t complete the entire community. They blame things on rain, cutting the community in zones, you name it. We have more weeds in our yards than we have grass. It’s NEVER been like this. Our trees and shrubs are out of control yet they want full payment for each month? Really? Where do they do that and it’s ok? Our HOA have tried to work with them, they stay in constant contact with them and all they get are excuses. No edging, no tree and shrub trim, no plant or flower replacements, which by the way are in the contract to be done. Totally do not recommend them. Looks like they spend more time updating their webpage than doing their job correctly in our community. It’s terrible. Stay away.
