This company did exactly what they said they would do. Kyle was great about keeping us updated and made sure all of our questions were answered. Erick and the installation crew worked quickly and did quality work. They also cleaned up all the debris from both our yard and our neighbor’s yard before leaving.

I’ve worked with Ibex before when I needed them to repair the poorly installed and leaking workmanship of a different roofing company. They did an excellent job then and continue to do so. This time my 25+ year roof was in need of new shingles and some new plywood sheets to replace water damaged ones. Erick Ramirez and Rodrigo Montalvo both did amazing jobs, working long days to ensure everything was done properly. Erick even came back to my house, late in the day, to install a metal piece after noticing they were given the wrong one earlier. The clean up was truly impressive with practically no sign they had just done some serious tear down of my roof. All work before, during, and after was documented via photos and emailed to me at the end of the job.

We were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the estimator, Israel, and the work ethic and skill of the roofers, Erick and Logan. The gutter removal/installation team was great too. We appreciate how everyone at IBEX thinks on their feet and does the job right, thank you. In addtion to the much needed repairs to our roof, (edge venting added, box vents replaced/added and correction of other issues from initial installation done by another company) we hired IBEX to replace our detached garage gutters on front and install new gutters on rear.

Very impressed. Very professional. From the very beginning of this process, to the very end of this process, we had a point of contact checking on us, making sure that the install and clean up were completed to our satisfaction. Very punctual. Crew showed up at 7:45, to begin work at 8:00 a.m.. they worked until 6:00 p.m. The first day. The second day they showed up and were completed with the job by noon. We had our roof on the house, and on the garage replaced. The crew that they brought in was very respectful, very organized. We had them remove an old smokestack from the house, and remove and replace some old rotted plywood. Cannot say enough good things about this organization. Beginning with the estimator that came out the first day to the crew to the project manager, every one of them was on top of their game.

We needed to have our roof replaced, as well as our gutters, downspouts, and skylights. This job also included a tear off. This was a very large job, and one that we wanted to last for our lifetime, as well as any owner we may sell to during the warranty. We found that, and more with IBEX Roof! The four roofers that came out on time every day were so wonderful and hard working. I have had a professional team put on a roof for me on another home, so I am able to compare apples for apples. There is no comparison. This team was respectful, well spoken and I never heard any profanity. I can't say that of my other experience. Any questions I asked were answered and they would call and find out if they didn't know, not once acting exasperated. I put them to the test! Donovan and his team were just great and I would welcome them to my home any time. Oh, I did! The roof itself is absolutely beautiful! The materials are top of the line. Malarkey Vista is an amazing product that we are confident will last our lifetime, and whoever takes on our home. I am very confident about leaving a 5 star review and recommending IBEX Roof to anyone who is considering the very best roof for their families home. This entire project took a little less than 5 days. I was very impressed. Cailen did the final inspection and found our Vent fan hood broken. Not knowing when or how it was cracked he taped it and said he would have it replaced for us. I could go on, but suffice it to say, again, I highly recommend IBEX Roof and would buy from them again...but I won't need to lol
