Great Job But…..
The repair work was excellent so no problem with that but when I looked for my linens and tablecloths (some were heirlooms) they were no where to be found. I phoned the office and was told that "you must have missed placed them". I was not believed that they were missing. Apparently, the guys bagged my things in one of their bags so my assumption is, it was thrown out by mistake as trash.
A customer does NOT appreciate being told in an indirect way that they are lying.
To this day, I still have no bag of linens/tablecloths and have to replace all. It was probably worth close to $400 of purchased items.
That is my only complaint.
