Great customer service. Greeted us when we walked in the door. They was able to fix my daughter clarinet in 10 minutes.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, welcoming environment. We’ve gotten excellent advice and service here - highly recommended!
I went in earlier today to buy a Violin and it was a great experience. I can't remember they guy's name who help me. I think it was Andrew? Tall guy with a beard and man bun. Super nice and very helpful. There was an older gentlemen there as well who was really nice to my daughter (3). Really personable and comfortable experience. Would recommend to anyone!
